SCMC is a full-service medical reimbursement business with individual pricing. As stated previously, our goal is one-stop shopping for medical practices when it comes to administrative functions. Our policy is to customize our charges based on the work we do, and the needs of each office. We find that each practice is unique and, therefore, we do not quote a "standard charge" for services but provide a knowing range of pricing to our clients.

SCMC will offer electronic billing of medical insurance claims. This is a much needed service for most medical practices, and is even more critical since the Federal Government and most private insurance companies have mandated electronic submission of Medicare and other claims.

Medical Credentialing Services

SCMC offers the following Medical Credentialing services to meet the needs of medical providers.

SCMC will provide credentialing and verification services for physicians. Our team offers solutions that reduce costs, increase efficiency and streamline operations. Renewal and initial required applications will be initiated by us as required. This credentialing and re-credentialing is done in accordance with the current standards set forth by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and Utilization Review.

SCMC Credentialing Services not only provides credentialing and re-credentialing, but also Progressive Credentialing; for clients to maintain their provider files throughout the year.

Bookkeeping Services

SCMC will offer bookkeeping services that will allow you more control over the financial state of your organization. Through the use of Intuit's QuickBooks, we will process your accounts payable and your payroll. We will reconcile your corporate bank account and provide you with key monthly financial reports that will tell you exactly how your business is doing. These reports include Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheet, and General Ledger activity. You will be provided a weekly back-up copy of your QuickBooks company account which you will be able to load on to your personal PC. We can further discuss your specific requirements and tailor our services to your needs.

Seamless Transition

Our experts plan and execute an effective transition and implementation phase based on your requirements. We use an approach that allows us to reduce the transition time for work transfer and allow for faster ramp up time. All the while we'll provide you with easy access and communication.
